Here’s how easy it is to place an order for a custom design drawing and CAD model:
The following examples with simulated text messages show how our ordering process works. We prefer to send and receive images and design specs via text message, not only for the ease of use, but it also provides a stored record of design details in the text thread. We encourage our clients to share their job information with us in a “group thread” that includes their sales persons and jewelers, so we all stay on the same page as we design your custom piece of jewelry.
Step 1) Text us your design information and images:
Step 3) When the design drawing is approved, we’ll complete your CAD model and text you 5 full color renderings.
Step 2) We’ll text you a 1:1 scale drawing based on your design elements.
Of course, we strive to make our end of the design process that easy for our clients, but we realize customer’s change their minds, designs change, stone sizes change….that’s part of the process. This is why we encourage our clients to finalize their “custom design” as a technical illustration first, before proceeding to CAD, since during the drawing phase we can rapidly and easily change major aspects of the design at no additional cost.

Once your CAD model is approved we can send the file to your own 3D printing and casting company or we can print, cast, finish and set your custom jewelry designs, whatever best suites your work flow.
